Oh yes! i could never even think of not puttin Shanta Ram in the blog.

Grefory David Roberts he earned my respect, he bought me back to my old lost companion books. ShantaRam aka Lindsay, Abdhul Khadar Khan, Karla, Khaled, Prabhakar, Abdullah i lived thru them, i lived their lifes.

The flair the styles in the books makes u feel the same emotions the person in the book experienced. An excellet potrait of Bombay, Afghanisthan the political system, the society, INDIA is given through open words in the book. The temple of Standing Babas, GOA, the slum....

I would love to write the story in the book, but it would spoil those who havent read the book.

It is a book u must read and worth each and every penny.

And yeah the movie aint gonna be half as good.

Escalate

Hmm this is a trip or a part of my journey that i require a mention, called WAGAMON. I rate it 4 for style 4 for climate 4 for enjoyment, 5 for the adventure and another 5 for environment.

Covered and fogged in the mist we stood for around 40 mins at the top of a mountain not even able to move cause no one knows which is the dead end aloft a tall mountain.

The trip was good. Me binil, arjun , anoop and shiju started at 8 and headed straight for Motta Kunnu ( plain lands ) covered with grass. An half an hour halt which was initiated by a breech into the unguarded plain fields through a cut barbwire just opposite of the place where they sell tickets for entrance at 5Rs/-.

Next stop Pine Valley doped by the enchanting beauty of nature we spend quite a lots of time over there well a lotta time that we actually captured the movement of a small worm up a tree for over 20 + mins. After the shooting and pictures were taken we headed to the next destination.

Thangal Para and Kurishi Mala seemed a beautiful place to have lunch, eventhough we hoped mountain tops till a point we couldnt move. Then came suicide point which wasnt much of a suicidal experience.

Coming back and quick swim in the swimming pool of our Hoshanas Resort seemed pretti refreshing. A whole weekend friday , sat and sunday went like that
swoosh. Time flies when u r havin good time.

Imagine Cup is back and with france hosting it for 2008. After Indian in 2006 and Korea in 2007 this annual Microsoft competition has found its way to France. With a distributed range of competitions IC08 promises to be as challanging and as exciting as always. This time they combined Website Development and Software Development into one, and have bought out XNA Game Development as the newest member.

They have put Environment as the topic and prizes and stakes are higher than last time.

Linux to Hack Windows

Hmm havent added much techincal articles of late, so this is a new one.

I am not much of a fan of opensource linux, but these neat slax requires a mention. OPHCRACK can be used to recover your Xp or Vista password. I am adding a link for the live cd version. These cute slax based program when live wired mounts all your drives and shows you the windows OS installed in the machine and after selecting the partition shows the password of all the accounts for that OS.. nice rite pretti simple...

Jazz Concert by Mario Canonge

We had a jazz concert by mario canonge, alex and another guy whose name starts with a g forgot the name. It was organized by alliance fanchise, rosebowl and french embessy. They started of slow and then hit the top the guys were good really really good. You should listen to them 3 of them well synched

I am now in pune. Undergoing regorous training preperaing myself mentally and phyisically for the Syntel Projects. We get very little time for roaming only on sundays. We can play pool only on every alternative days... Just kidding pune is going on went to lotsa places met a couple of really fictitious charachters and great places to eat. Relying a lot on cafes to give me nirvana. The speed and grace with which they finish subjects over here leaves me spell bound. I have been waiting to blog for a long time but never got the chance. Orkut seems like a dream nowadays and so is home..

With a teeth less which the dentist had pulled out me and my folks pulled out a onam celebration of our own. And as u can see we even had over own athappu done by me and my pop well mom and sis helped a bit ok they did most of it. Had a sadhya as scrumptious as it cld be. Well guess thats it for maveli at moi place this year. Donno where he finds the time to visit the people after attending all the tv programs. Lots of things happening in the city but cant visit no time....

Anyways wish all of you guys a happy ONAM!

Mein Gemüt

Mein Gemüt or my mind replecates my thoughts as a blog. I had never been much into blogging as a matter of fact never have i blogged. I need to mention the name of Kiruba who had actually influenced me to start bloggin through his unconference at the FOSS meet in NIT-C. The meet was good so was kiruba.
